GOOD PREPARATION IS THE BASIS

When choosing to paint any detail, you should not forget to properly prepare it for painting. Before proper treatment, the surface should be degreased, sanded and dusted. The next stage is heating the varnished element to a temperature from 150°C to 200°C. This causes the previously applied coating to melt and cure. This process guarantees the durability of the combination of varnish and metal. After less than half an hour, the varnished detail can be removed and allowed to cool. Thanks to the use of appropriate filtration systems, dusting is reduced during painting. This definitely makes powder coating more ecological than traditional methods. Elements painted in this way are characterised by a high resistance to chemical agents. The desired effect is obtained much faster than traditional varnish.
